Over 20 years ago there was a television series that had kids glued to their sets. It was He-man, and the Masters of the Universe. In the program was a menacing fortress, Castle Grayskull, located in a barren wasteland. The Sorceress and Spirit of Grayskull lived there. The castle was in addition a refuge for He-Man and his friends. Castle Grayskull had been constructed to protect those who wanted to misuse an unspecified source of power. Alas, the castle was also often the setting the bad guys would target.
When you watched the show, you'd essentially see the exterior of the castle. Inside, on the other hand, were a few areas of particular interest: The Throne Room, the Hall of He-Man, The Travel Corridor Chamber, a laboratory, and a room the Sorceress utilized to study and try spells, as well as the Sorceress' bedroom. In one episode, a chamber had been located where the Secrets of Castle Grayskull were kept. This particular room has 2 doors. Inside of the castle are several magical doors. They're situated within the Travel Corridor Chamber and are portals heading to assorted locations on Eternia, such as Snake Mountain and Etheria.
Mattel has made available a Castle Grayskull play set that's interactive with the Masters Of The Universe action figures so He-Man and his friends will be able to defend Eternia. It will identify the action figures, for example if it happens to be He-Man, the drawbridge will open, but when it's Skelator or Trap-jaw, the skull lights up and they are going to plunge into the dungeon. It also has shooting missiles, a trap door, and a secret room that holds the sword.
There are 3 floors to the castle. Level One is a prison. Level Two contains the Power Sword concealed behind a panel, but it's only available to He-Man and his friends. If one of the "evil villains" tries to take the Power Sword, a trap-door will open up and they are going to drop into the prison. On Level Three, you've got a hinged wall, so if there's a battle, the wall could be pushed open, and the "bad guys" will get sent soaring off of the roof.
There is lots of action taking place, and your child, kids (or better-half) will have hours of entertainment and play-time playing with Castle Grayskull.
